Are you ready to freelance?
We want to hear from you: When’s the right time to go freelance?
There are tons of valid reasons to make the leap from full-time to freelance.
Maybe you are longing to open your own business, consult full-time, or pursue work that is more meaningful to you. Or you’re sick of working for a corporate overlord (or micromanaging boss) in a staid office environment, and want the freedom to set your own schedule and manage your own time.
Maybe your “side-gig” or moonlighting work has become so lucrative and successful that you want to devote your time more fully. You’ve got plenty of current and prospective clients, and you feel driven to make a name for yourself in your field.
Many make the leap to be able to spend more time with their children, shedding 9-5 confines to be more available to their families.
As 53 million U.S. workers already know, freelancing can offer flexibility, independence, and the chance to earn more money and pursue more meaningful work.
How did you know you were ready? What was the turning point that took you from full-time to freelance?
