In last week's e-newsletter, we asked freelancers how many of you have ever worked for free. The results are in, and they are... enriching!

The majority of independent workers have worked for free at least once, while 13% of you lucky ones have always gotten paid.

Hopefully if you're not charging, it's for a good reason, such as getting your foot in the door of a new industry, volunteering for a worthy cause, or helping your grandmother out.
