Are you a people person with organizing experience? Someone who can build around strategic goals and has experience working in politics and/or unions?

We’re looking for an entrepreneurial-minded, passionate Member Organizer who can help us grow member engagement within the Freelancers Union community.

How will you do that? By helping to build and expand two of our most critical programs to help freelancers lead meaningful, independent lives.

1. SPARK. A network of local freelance communities in over 20 cities across the United States.

2. Freelancers Guild. A network of independent professionals serving the freelance workforce.

Your responsibilities will include recruiting new members to these programs and building out a new member leadership structure.

Freelancers Union is the largest union for independent workers in the country, with over 350,000 members.

We pride ourselves on operating outside the boundaries of a typical non-profit and look for people to work for us who operate the same way.
