Here at Freelancers Union, we were incredibly proud to learn that our Founder and Executive Director, Sara Horowitz, was selected by Forbes as one of the Top 30 Social Entrepreneurs. Impact 30 is Forbes’ list of leading visionaries who are “tackling the world’s most intractable problems.” Sara was recognized for her ongoing efforts to build a new support system for the independent workforce and her vision for building a new health care delivery system that meets the needs of freelancers. We weren’t that surprised because we get to work with her every day, but what an honor to be included with the rest of Impact 30’s inspiring leaders. Congratulations, Sara!
