Sharing Witness is a new blog where leaders from various fields offer insight on, and innovative solutions to, social problems. We know about it because Freelancers Union founder and executive director Sara Horowitz is going to be a contributor.

Freelancers Union isn't just about getting cheap(er) insurance. We're a labor organization advocating for workers' rights. Most of our members are registered voters (92%, according to our most recent survey) and are involved in their communities. We're telling you about our partnership with Sharing Witness because we think it's important to remember that the issues we talk about here are part of a larger conversation among concerned citizens.
